Yu-Gi-Oh: Royal Decree and Trap Stun

Negate the effects of all other Trap Cards
on the field.
Negate the effects of all other Trap Cards on the
field during this turn.

These two cards are very similar except for one thing: Royal Decree is a continuous trap card.  While both cards negate effects of all other trap cards on the field, Trap Stun only lasts one turn.  This can be both a good and bad thing depending on how your deck is played.  Trap Stun only lasts a turn, but Royal Decree negates the effects of ALL other Trap Cards.  Which means neither you NOR your opponent can use Trap Cards.  Depending on whether your deck focuses on Trap Cards or not, Royal Decree or Trap Stun can be very useful.  In addition to Royal Decree, the monster card "Spell Canceller" can be insanely useful.
